Center Star Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) provides 24-hour service and treatment to clients between the ages of 25 and 59 who have a history of criminal justice involvement and have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. Community-based services include medication management and monitoring, therapeutic interventions, drug and alcohol counseling, vocational rehabilitation, peer support, and supportive housing.
