Action Central (Assertive Community Treatment) is a dual-track treatment program for individuals with severe mental illness and/or a chronic substance use disorder. The program provides therapeutic interventions, peer support, self-management skills, medication management and monitoring, supportive housing services, comprehensive outpatient and community services, and more.
