SIP Serial Inebriate Program
Substance Use Disorder, Supportive Housing
Developed in partnership with hospitals, law enforcement and the Courts, the SIP program provides substance use disorder treatment for adults who struggle with alcohol use disorder.
SIP’s continuum of care provides the following:
- Treatment and recovery services
- Groups
- Individuals
- Crisis management
- Individualized treatment planning
- Recovery Services
- Intensive case management
- Referrals to medical, vision, psychiatric needs
- Employment development
- Resume building
- Access to resources as needed
- Housing support and services
- Transitional Housing provided for up to two years while you are engaged in treatment services
- Additional support services include:
- Mental health services
- Transportation, monthly bus passes are provided
