Eligibility Requirements
We provide treatment services to individuals who have been convicted of drug charges or charges that can be directly linked to substance abuse. Referrals from the Superior Court are presumed to have a personal drug abuse history and show signs that they can benefit from our treatment services.
Referrals
All our referrals come from the San Bernardino County Superior Court. A defendant may be screened to determine if he or she is appropriate for Drug Court. If deemed eligible to receive drug court services, the judge can make a decision to allow the defendant to enter the program with pregnant women and IV drug users receive priority treatment. A court clerk will then provide the defendant with a referral and send him or her to our program.
